Agents Are Liars!
Learn to spot the 39 lies that real estate agents use to rip you off
If you’re a home buyer or seller and want to save thousands of dollars and avoid being taken advantage of, then you’re in the right place.
But first, a warning: If you believe in using the real estate agent you always have, this book probably isn’t for you. But, on the other hand, if you want to learn how real estate agents deceive you and cost you lots of money, I encourage you to read on.
Have you ever bought or sold a home? Did you ever feel your agent may not have been 100% honest with you? Well, you’re not alone. Real estate agents are among the least liked professions. People often feel like their agent took advantage of them; unfortunately, this is likely true. Some people don’t even realize that their agent lied to them – until it’s too late.
Many agents will tell you anything to get your business. Unfortunately, they only care about the almighty dollar and getting a big commission check. I know people who have lost tens of thousands of dollars to dishonest agents who lied to them.
In this book, you’ll discover the lies real estate agents tell. Lies that are costing you time, money, and the future you’re working to create.
Learn the truth from an insider with more than 13 years of residential real estate sales experience. I’m on a mission to educate the public and to help honest and ethical real estate agents be more successful.
This book not only teaches you how to spot the lies but also:
- How to avoid high commissions and save money
- Why you should never hire your friend as your agent and what you should do instead
- How to buy or sell a home even if you’ve been taken advantage of before
- What to do if you don’t have a lot of money and want to buy a home
- Why treating your real estate transaction as a business decision works best
- What to do if your real estate agent lies to you
- Say goodbye to greedy agents
- Where to find the best agents
Agents are liars! Ok, not all real estate agents are liars but, in my experience, many lie more than they tell the truth. This is especially true of agents when they talk to people who are considering selling a home.
Real estate agents have two common sayings: buyers are liars, and sellers are stupid. In this book, I will show you that it’s actually the agents who are liars, and many are uneducated and, frankly, not very intelligent.
This book is for home buyers and sellers who like to do business with honest and ethical real estate agents. Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many buyers and sellers lose thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars to lying and scamming agents.
This book is for people frustrated by the lack of ethics in the real estate industry and the high commissions charged.
My goal is to educate home buyers and sellers, so they know what lies to watch out for and how to pick the best agents. Readers will learn how to choose an honest and ethical agent who won’t rip them off.
I also want to help honest and ethical agents be more successful and lift the real estate industry to a higher level of service. I aim to educate agents so they can provide great service to their clients.
I’m an insider in the real estate industry. I have worked as a real estate agent for 13 years in the Denver metro area. I have also been on the other side of the transaction as a buyer and seller.
I wrote this book because I’m fed up with the industry’s unethical practices that are too common. I also believe that real estate commissions are too high. I want to help people learn the truth about what goes on behind the scenes, so they can make informed decisions when buying or selling a home.
I hope this book helps more people to successfully realize the American dream of home ownership.

Conclusion
“OUTSTANDING VALUE”
“David’s services were an outstanding value for the 1% commission he charges. I’ve done many real estate deals throughout Colorado in the last ten years, and I can say, David doesn’t skimp on service. Not only is this the lowest commission I’ve paid, the service and expertise I received from David is probably the best and highest I’ve ever received. I highly recommend David. Frankly, I’ve never understood why other realtors get such high commissions on real estate transaction. David’s pricing structure will hopefully lead other brokers to more sane pricing.”

“TOTALLY TOP-NOTCH SERVICE”
“I worked solely with David Lampe. I interviewed five agents before selecting David, based on his thorough presentation and low agent fee. His recommendation for the listing price was perfect based on the market conditions. The photos and website listing were on the money. I approved the website listing on Thursday, it went up Thursday night, a viewing was scheduled Friday for a Saturday showing, I had an offer Saturday night, and a contract was signed on Sunday. The closing occurred in 10 days. He managed to get all my requested allowances: free rent-back, offer over asking, generous inspection allowances, and an offer over listing price. He followed up every step of the way. I can’t imagine why someone would pay more to a seller’s agent than for David Lampe. Totally top-notch service.”

“CARES ABOUT HIS COMMUNITY”
“David Lampe is the single best realtor we could have asked for in this wild market. From making long trips to homes a distance away, to writing our offers up in as little as ten minutes, David is one of the primary reasons we closed on our beautiful home. He also participates in a hero broker rebate program and will assist with the closing costs of veterans, Healthcare workers, teachers, and most kinds of public servants. This is a man who cares about his community and is genuinely interested in making you a permanent member of it. I cannot recommend David’s services enough. If you are looking for an agent to represent you, contact him today!!!”
