Another piece of equipment I have in my home gym are push up stands. These specific stands also swivel. I find that these really help me to have better form and get lower on my pushups. They also help my wrists. When I do push ups without stands, they sometimes make my wrists hurt. Try doing some decline pushups with stands by putting your feet up on a chair, they really work well to build bigger pecs.
